Pricing for Christian Leadership Coaching
Our Christian Leadership Coaching takes one year (12 months). This is how long it takes, according to the research, for new leadership behaviors to "stick". Our fee is for the entire year, includes everything, and is only paid if you get the results you set out to get. If we cannot help you obtain the results you are seeking, we will not coach you.
Our fees vary depending on the resources of our clients. We do this to make Christian Leadership Coaching available to all leaders who are willing to do the work, even if they have limited financial resources.
- Pastors, priests, missionaries, leaders of true "non-profits": $1,000.
- Corporate executives, managers, leaders of "for profits": $5,000.
When you contact us to request Christian Leadership Coaching, please give us information about your organization and your position in your organization.
We also coach groups within organizations. Fees can be reduced somewhat if we work with the organization's internal coaches to coach them in how to coach others for leadership behavior change. Please contact us and describe your organization and needs.
